We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused
In original condition
With original packaging, case, and accessories
Accompanied by proof of purchase

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different model, colour, or fit?
We offer easy exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please contact our support team before returning your item.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as DEFINO cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

Items show signs of wear or damage
Original packaging or accessories are missing
The return is requested after 30 days

🛠 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product fault or shipping error.
